Abby has worked professionally as a designer since 2015 following her graduation from Emmanuel College. Upon completing an internship with Boston Magazine, she kicked off her career as a Graphic Designer for MS Walker, designing print POS collateral for wine and spirits brands. After itching the travel bug by hiking the Camino del Norte in Spain, she landed at Hey Rhody Media Co. in 2019. Hired initially as Editorial Graphic Designer, and promoted to Senior Editorial Designer in 2021, Abby took the lead in laying out every article, cover story, and cover for all four magazines each month. She also often contributes original illustrations, a few of which have been turned into merchandise for causes available at Frog & Toad in Providence. When she’s not working, you can find Abby frequenting the south county beaches in the summer, or hibernating at home in PVD with her spoiled first born (cat) in the winter.
