- HR Market Guide Book is distributed to all Event attendees
- ~1,000 guests expected
- Vendors will be accepted on a first come first served basis
- Exhibitor spaces will NOT BE RESERVED without a signed contract and payment in full
- Vendors will be provided a total floor space of 8’ x 8’
- Vendor / Crafter spaces will include a 6’ banquet Table, up to 2 chairs, and table sign
- Vendors and Crafters will be set-up at RHODES ON THE PAWTUXET
- Vendors are required to have $1 Million or more in liability insurance with Rhodes on the Pawtuxet named as a covered party for the event.
- Proof of insurance is to be provided in advance.
- Plentiful free off-street parking is available
- The facility is fully handicapped accessible (1st Floor) and climate controlled
- Electricity enabled booths are limited
- Vendors are responsible for bringing whatever is necessary to serve their food/samples
- (plates, bowls, forks, knives, napkins, etc.)
- No propane, propelled open flame, or flame candles will be allowed. Sterno for heating chafing units are allowed.
- Ice machines are available on-site
